1. About Nextgram
Nextgram is an unofficial client that connects directly to Telegram using the Telegram API. Nextgram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram Messenger Inc.
2. Telegram account data
When you sign in, your phone number, account information, messages, contacts, media, calls and other Telegram content are transmitted to and processed by Telegram as required to provide the Telegram service. Nextgram does not operate a separate messaging backend and does not receive a copy of your Telegram password or one-time login code.
Telegram's processing of this information is governed by the Telegram Privacy Policy.
3. Information stored on your device
Nextgram stores app preferences, downloaded media, caches and Telegram session information locally on your device. If you choose to save or restore Nextgram settings through Keychain, those settings are stored using Apple's Keychain services. You can remove local data using the controls available in the app or by deleting the app.
4. Diagnostics and analytics
Nextgram does not use third-party advertising trackers and does not operate its own analytics or profiling service. Apple may provide aggregated diagnostics or crash information according to your device privacy settings and Apple's policies.
5. Permissions
Depending on the features you use, Nextgram may request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, notifications, Bluetooth, location or Siri. These permissions are used only to provide the feature you requested and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
6. Sharing and disclosure
Nextgram does not sell your personal information. Information is shared with Telegram only as necessary to operate your Telegram account and with Apple where required for platform features such as push notifications, TestFlight, App Store distribution or diagnostics.
7. Children
Nextgram is not directed to children. Your eligibility to use Telegram is governed by Telegram's Terms of Service and the laws applicable in your country or region.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Nextgram's functionality or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page.
