Nextgram is an unofficial, independently developed client powered by the Telegram API. Nextgram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram Messenger Inc. Telegram and its related marks belong to their respective owners.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for your Telegram account, the content you send or access, and compliance with applicable laws. Do not use Nextgram to violate the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, abuse Telegram's services or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
4. Availability and changes
Features may change, be removed or become unavailable due to updates to Nextgram, Telegram, iOS or third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, account or Telegram feature.
5. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextgram is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Nextgram, Telegram service interruptions, account restrictions, lost content or actions taken by third-party services.
